Hot Sweaty Feet

Although many of us will suffer from sweaty feet from time to time, sweaty feet can be a  embarrassing and/or uncomfortable when it is continual problem

Sweaty feet is medically known as Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating and is caused by the sweat glands in this part of the body( Our feet have more sweat glands per inch of skin than any other part of the body). This could be as a result of  stresses on the feet due to strain or tiredness or even a structural problems in the foot.

Although warm weather may worsen sweaty feet, the condition is present all year round and may even be inherited. The condition is also prominent in teenagers as changing hormonal levels increase the sweat glands activity.
